change of season. change of scenery. feel the growth pains. lose limbs to gain wings? experience says no. faith says yes. let the tides change. find the new currents, the prevailing winds. we live in a world that is ruled by one force. we must stop fighting the laws. we must learn to love the freedom and stop trading the freedom for shining chains. marketing is powerful, we believe slavery is better. without faith there is no blessing, there is only fear of failure. but we know of a God who will hold us up with His promises. we can speak to the beauty of his plans. we can point to the times he has caught us. we know that nothing is impossible. we can hardly contain our joy when we recall those moments. the terror lies in uncertainty. we love to circumvent the ways that we do not know with the plans that work in our finite minds. we understand the past and so we revert. we forget that the future is God’s, and it will never work like ours. we hear past words as if they are present truths, but God is not bound by our memories. stay the course. put your faith in the rock. there is One who will never let you down, but it will never be on your terms.
